
Bruce is a CCIM-designated commercial real estate professional with extensive experience performing complex acquisitions analyses, creating financial pro formas as well as overseeing business operations and projects. He is Co-Principal of Vento Properties responsible for all aspects of the company, including property acquisitions, financial analyses, due diligence, contract negotiations, and asset management. His area of focus is on the acquisition side, from identification of investment opportunities to transaction closing.
Most recently, Bruce has worked as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CGREA) and currently serves in a consulting role for Tage Capital Partners. He has appraised over 100 commercial properties since 2019, including multi-family, retail, industrial, and office. Earlier in his career, Bruce was a senior acquisitions analyst for American Realty Advisors, an investment manager of commercial real estate portfolios on behalf of public sector pension funds. In this role, Bruce analyzed and researched over $2B worth of commercial property for acquisition.
Bruce is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and worked as an industrial engineer for Polartec®, a manufacturer of modern synthetic fleece. During his tenure there, he was named one of five committee leaders to help develop a new textile factory after the original was lost to fire. Bruce then earned an MBA from Boston University before transitioning into the commercial real estate field.
