Co-founder Maria Tagliente Marshall is also a principal of Tage Capital Partners, a New England-based commercial real estate company originally started in the 1970s by the late Joseph P. Tagliente, Sr. Co-founder Bruce Marshall has previously served in a consulting capacity for Tage Capital Partners in addition to his acquisitions and appraisal experience. Vento Properties is a fully separate entity.
“Vento” is the Italian word for wind and pays homage to the Tagliente family’s Italian roots and love for the sea, which is governed by the wind. Vento Properties’ vision is to navigate the commercial real estate market with the same precision and skill as a sailing vessel on the high seas.
